How will my insurance agent advise me? Your specific deductible, claim history, and type and size of your potential claim will factor into how you will be advised. This is important as it pertains to your rates and coverage.

What will happen next if I am advised to proceed with a claim? A member from the Claims Team will facilitate as a liaison between you and a claims adjuster. Your Claims Team member will help you understand the questions you’ll be asked, and what forms and information you’ll be asked to complete.

Will my claim be denied? Your Claims Team will ask you preliminary questions to help qualify if your policy will cover the claims event.
